For issues that can be fixed remotely, we offer support via online monitoring, provided each inverter has internet access through the RMS Dongle.
If the problem is hardware-related or cannot be solved remotely, our team will visit the site for assistance.
For faulty inverters, replacements will be arranged within 48 business hours from the time the complaint is logged.

Which power ranges are available?
Three ranges: 5–33 kW (10 models), 36–60 kW (5 models) and 80–125 kW (5 models).
How many MPP trackers do I get?
Two on the 5–33 kW range, three or four on 36–60 kW, and eight on 80–125 kW.
What grid voltage does it support?
Nominal 400 V with an operating range of 310–480 V at 50 Hz (45–55 Hz).
Is it suitable for outdoor installation?
Yes. It is IP66 rated with smart fan cooling and operates from −30 °C to 60 °C (−25 °C to 60 °C on the 36–60 kW range).
How is it monitored?
Through the XMonitor app over Wi-Fi, 4G or local mode, with an RS485 interface.
What warranty is included?
Every three phase inverter carries an 8-year warranty.
